Liang Youming
A Singaporean national with 30 years of extensive management experience in the Singaporean and Chinese healthcare industries, Mr. Liang is a dynamic and passionate leader. He currently serves as the President of the Singapore Healthcare Promotion Association, an independent director of the Singapore-listed company Amedco Healthcare (since 2020), and a director of the Board of Directors of the Singapore Banqiao Hospital Charitable Foundation (since 2022). Mr. Liang also holds senior leadership positions in several hospital groups, including Chief Operating Officer, Hospital Director, and Regional President. He possesses excellent knowledge of the Singaporean and Chinese healthcare markets and a broad industry network. He is also an outstanding lecturer and trainer with experience and insights into networking with international healthcare groups.

With 15 years of experience in cultivating medical management exchanges in the Asia-Pacific region, our footprint covers government and enterprises, medical colleges and universities, large medical institutions and health and wellness organizations, with achievements spanning more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across China and many countries in the Asia-Pacific region. We have successfully promoted industry-government-academia-medical-education-research cooperation between dozens of medical colleges and universities and nearly 100 medical institutions and developed countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region.

Hospital Introduction
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is Singapore's newest public hospital. It was completed and put into operation in 2010 to serve residents or workers in northern Singapore.
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is an acute and general hospital that provides personalized services to patients. It has 550 beds. The hospital also has a terminal care center, a weight management clinic, and several specialist clinics in different disciplines.
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital's mission is to provide patients with comprehensive and convenient services; by catering to patients' needs, it will help them recover faster and better. Khoo Teck Puat Hospital not only treats patients but also focuses on helping the public maintain their health through public education and health checkups.
Hospital Introduction
Singapore General Hospital is the largest and oldest public hospital in Singapore, founded in 1821. The hospital has 29 medical specialties, among which plastic surgery, burn surgery, nephrology, nuclear medicine, and blood pathology are the hospital's strengths, making it a national center for specialist services.
Singapore General Hospital is a comprehensive hospital integrating treatment, scientific research, and teaching. It has 1,500 beds and nearly 400 specialist doctors. It is equipped with advanced equipment and provides diversified medical care, offering high-quality treatment to patients. Its medical results are comparable to world standards.
Hospital Introduction
NTFGH (Nathan General Hospital) is a 700-bed public acute and emergency hospital located in Jurong East, Singapore. Named after Singaporean entrepreneur Nathan Nathan, the hospital is part of an integrated development with the nearby Jurong Community Hospital. NTFGH began operations on June 30, 2015, and Jurong Health relocated there from Alexander Hospital on October 10 of the same year.

Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) is a public hospital in Singapore. This 1,000-bed hospital opened on August 18, 2018, primarily serving residents of northeastern Singapore, especially those in Sengkang, Punggol, Hougang, and Pasir Ris. Sengkang General Hospital is managed by Singapore Healthcare Services.
As one of the hospitals providing community-based integrated healthcare services, Sengkang General Hospital is part of Singapore’s healthcare master plan aimed at providing “quality and accessible healthcare” to all Singaporeans. Sengkang General Hospital also collaborates with primary care physicians (PCPs), polyclinics, and mid-to-long-term care providers to offer more community-based care to residents in northeastern Singapore.

Far Eastern Memorial Hospital in Singapore is a private medical institution. The hospital is located in Connexion.
